After installing your solar panels, home battery and\/or charging station, we will request your inspection from our partner ACEG.<\/p>

ACEG will then send you an e-mail with a date proposal. Be sure to check your junk mail too!<\/p>

About two working days after the inspection, you will receive an e-mail from us with the inspection report and other documents of your installation.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The AREI inspection consists of three parts: an administrative section, a visual inspection and the necessary tests and measurements. What can you expect?<\/p>

  • Administrative section<\/strong>: Checking the single-wire diagram, the set-up diagram and the technical characteristics of your installation.<\/p><\/li>

  • Visual inspection<\/strong>: verification of overcurrent and direct touch protection, and connections to the metal support structure of the panels.<\/p><\/li>

  • Testing and measurements<\/strong>: Perform checks on insulation and dispersion resistance (earthing).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Note: The inspector is obliged to measure the earthing, so the interrupter must always be easily accessible. The earthing may have a resistance of no more than 30 ohms. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the earthing is in order. If it is not, your installation will be rejected and additional charges may be levied.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    If your installation was declared non-compliant, we will contact you to make the necessary adjustments.<\/p>

    Is the earthing not compliant? This is part of your home installation and should always be in order. You can choose to adjust it yourself or have it done by Insaver. If you choose another partner, we would like to receive confirmation as soon as the earthing is in order so we can request the re-inspection of your installation. Please note: the costs for the re-inspection will be at your expense in this case.<\/p>

    Any other breaches will be remedied by our technicians. We will contact you by phone as soon as possible to schedule an intervention. After a successful intervention, we will request the re-inspection for you.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
