Your tasks and responsibilities

• As SHEQ Coordinator, you are responsible for the general welfare of Insaver’s employees and stakeholders. You ensure broad support and a positive attitude towards safety, health, the environment and quality within our organisation. You are responsible for finetuning Insaver’s SHEQ policy.
• You perform the necessary inspections and analyses and report according to VCA** standards.
• You proactively detect potential risks in an ever-changing working environment and motivate others to cultivate the same attitude.
• You work together with ATS colleagues on established SHEQ procedures and standards such as:
  – ISO 9001
  – ISO 14001
• You hold information sessions and provide training, as well as coach managers on SHEQ.
• Last but not least, you actively promote an overall SHEQ culture. You are the point of contact in the workplace for questions and are also the contact person for management.

Our ideal candidate

• Knowledge and experience: You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You also have a Level 1 or 2 Prevention Advisor diploma and knowledge of ISO 9001/14001
• Eagerness to learn: You want to further explore SHEQ in the workplace and relevant legislation.
• Analytical thinking: You are well able to put two and two together and identify cause and effect. For your internal customers, you provide appropriate tailor-made solutions.
• Communication skills: You will be in daily contact with several stakeholders. It is therefore important that you share your expertise and convince them to help create even better prevention policies. You are also able to work independently.
• Language skills: You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently.
