Your tasks and responsibilities

• As Project Manager in their B2B business unit, you are responsible for coordinating the project flow between management, sales, the project teams and the customer.
• Together with the team, you monitor the progress of B2B projects to ensure everything is completed on time, on budget and according to customer expectations.
• In addition to global supervision, you also manage some large, complex and, if desired, international projects.
• To ensure optimal operation, you look for ways to improve current processes and structures within the department.
• Over time, you will be given responsibility for the entire day-to-day operations and will supervise several project managers and around 15 project employees.
• You report to the Operations Manager.

Our ideal candidate

• You have a higher education with a degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• You possess solid experience within project management with electrical installations.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an added plus, but not a must.
• You have a sense of initiative and enjoy having the freedom and responsibility to organise your own workday.
