Your tasks and responsibilities

• You call leads to schedule an appointment with the sales team.
• You plan the agendas of the various representatives spread across the Flanders region.
• You handle both outgoing and incoming calls.
• You handle last-minute changes and reschedule when necessary.
• You take care of all administrative tasks to hand over a start-up file to the sales team.
• You follow pre-established procedures.
• If there are complaints, you handle them in an appropriate and professional manner.
• You are willing to get to know the company better in order to further assist our customers with appropriate information in the best possible way.
